Restorative Practices

rpRestorative Practices are increasingly used in schools, both primary and secondary, as a core part of their teacher-pupil engagement, behaviour management and conflict resolution. There are numerous studies and evaluations of RP in schools, which demonstrate very positive outcomes resulting from the implementation of the approach, including reduced formal disciplinary proceedings; enhanced peer communication; reduced sick leave amongst teachers, and students being more involved in deicsion-making and solution finding.
